The Data Protection Act 2018 is the UK's implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Everyone responsible for using personal data has to follow strict rules called 'data protection principles'. They must make sure the information is: used fairly, lawfully and transparently.

At Agile HR we conduct GDPR Audit and Assessment Employer profiling. This process highlights areas were the Company may have high risk areas within the Business, in the processing and management of their employee's personal data. A report is created highlighting risk areas and how these are to be prioritised. This may involve having access to a Data Protection Officer (DPO), an action plan to mitigate risk, policies and procedures being reviewed and awareness training.
